Henry Hart recently moved to Newtown, the place where his probably biggest superfan lived, Missy Martin. Missy is now Henry's sidekick, helping him fight crime in Newtown. While they were heading to fight crime one night, someone else already did... Captain Man. As it seems, Captain Man needs Henry's help, Missy joining them. There is a group at Evil Science Corp who are looking for a girl or woman, to hold hostage. They wanted the RAD back. Neither Captain Man, Henry, or Missy, knew who they could be after.
