Bruce didn't know what to do with himself. With one child dead and the other refusing to talk to him, his inner omega was constantly on edge and inches away from snapping. He could tell from the way more and more thugs were ending up nearly dead in hospitals and the soft seemingly endless sighs from Alfred every time he returned from patrol. It was on one of those many nightly patrols where everything went to shit.

In order to prevent any type of crimes towards the omegas and the harmful effects of suppressants, the government established an omega sanctuary where all omegas are kept and never allowed to go outside the walls. However, they can only be freed by they own mates. Even when "rescued" from his own uncle who owns an illegal pit fight and isolated Levi ever since he was born, Levi hardly felt freedom.
