The dim kitchen light making it visible for him.
"Who were you scared of, Jungkook? Your parents? The society?" His pupils dilate through the framed specs that dangle above his nose.
Jungkook opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out in contrary.

Divorced and single-parent Jungkook finds it hard to raise his son all alone. Struggling with his long shift of work and having to bring Ye Joon to his workplace, everything was a burden to him until he met his best friend, Kim Taehyung after years. He opened up to the elder man-who was/is hopelessly in love with Jungkook-agrees to take the half responsibility of raising Ye Joon. Soon when Ye Joon turned 5, Taehyung, a kindergarten teacher, assists him into his school, entirely taking the responsibility of Jungkook's son. Their bond turns indestructible and even some assumes him to be the father of the child. Which he's not, but wished he was.
