He moved to America with his family shortly after and, due to his hearing loss, his parents were afraid to send him to a regular school, so he was homeschooled for years. Now, at 17, George is starting his senior year in real highschool. Struggling to fit in and feeling isolated, he meets Clay, a boy who offers him the friendship he's been searching for. Together, they navigate the challenges of life, showing that real connection doesn't depend on words.

I'll Never Forget
George and Clay had known each other since they were incredibly young. Their friendship was indescribable, it was like they were tied together and would always find each other again. And that was true except now they were only like that by two small bracelets, one blue and one green.
