Overview
The series follows Sun Wu, a teenage boy living in a bustling city, unaware of his divine origins as the legendary Monkey King, Sun Wukong. After having his memories erased by the Elder Gods, Sun is sent to Earth with a new identity and a family that believes he's their adopted son. As Sun starts to experience strange powers, he becomes entangled in battles with ancient monsters and gods from Chinese mythology. Each encounter unlocks fragments of his past and his immense abilities, leading him closer to the truth about his identity.
