POV: Maraiah (Aiah)
Arceta Café was like my second home. Growing up, I watched my parents turn this little corner café into a favorite spot for the locals. The smell of fresh coffee and the sound of friendly chatter were all I needed to feel at peace.
Now, as a law student and a part-timer here, it was both my escape and my battleground.

POV: Mikhaela (Mikha)
Being a working student meant living two different lives. School in the mornings, work in the afternoons, and then studying again at night. I was constantly juggling, and it wasn't easy.
When I was a child, I had a childhood best friend I can barely remember. All I recall is that one day, she invited me to run and play at the park with her. One morning, I went to the spot where we first met and waited for her there, but she didn't show up. For five days, I kept going back to the park, hoping to see her again, but she never returned.
One day, I went back to the park, but this time, I decided not to look for her anymore because I knew she wasn't coming back. While I was sitting on a swing, a girl approached me. I didn't know her, but she introduced herself and asked to be my friend. We played together at the park, and she quickly became a constant presence in my life. She was the only one who didn't leave, who didn't make me wait for days. She was cheerful, ind, and loving-a true friend.
Even so, I could never forget my childhood best friend who left me. She was the only one who ever talked to me when I had no friends and no one else to turn to. She was the first person who made me feel noticed, and yet, she left me behind.
As I grew older, one day, I suddenly saw someone who looked familiar. To my surprise, it was her...
My FIRST LOVE...
