Panem has been engulfed in chaos at the hands of the first rebellion, and the Capital has taken a step to end it all, to put the rebels in their place. They want to make sure it never happens again, hence they form a way to ensure this. They create a fight-to-the-death between twenty four children, two from each district, in which only one can make it  out alive. The Hunger Games.All Rights Reserved

The lone victor, bathed in riches, would serve as a reminder of our generosity and our forgiveness. This is how we remember our past. This is how we safeguard our future. So this is just a dumb fanfic I wrote about my friends at college, its not meant to be taken seriously and I'm only putting it here so that my friends can have access to is as I write it.
