Inked in Ashes

Nate, a 9-to-5 worker and a struggling author, stumbles upon a mysterious ink bottle that makes the hero and villain of his fantasy novel come to life. Trying to keep their new freedom as they learn that all of their actions were actually governed by the whims of a dude in his living room, they set forth to kill Nate. As they were enemies, the two now need to set aside their differences to protect their new found independence. Nate teams up with his old high school love interest Tessa in a world-wide manhunt taking on the quest of understanding the ink and defeating the two characters.
