In the distant mountains of Pyrrhia you will find the Skywing High Knights, a brutal militant force made up of misfit and orphaned dragons from across the region.
You will also find Talisman, a young dragon climbing the ranks towards Knighthood as he falls deeper into a secret crush with his peculiar Squiremate, Inger.
For over 100 moons these dragons have held a stronghold and trained their Squires to protect the Skywing Queen, Ignis, and their great kingdom from any and all threats to the throne. After a close call many moons ago, no one except her most trusted consorts have been permitted to see the Queen in-person - yet her persuasion and power remains unchallenged.
Icewings are nothing but myth and legend to the many tribes of Pyrrhia, who serve their respective rulers and stick together above all else. What happened to them? Were they ever a real tribe at all? Memories fade, but visions become clearer, and a rag-tag team of unusual dragons will have to find the truth amidst a world full of hatred and division.

He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined...
