Morwen had been plagued with night terrors from a young age. While she thought it was only dreams, she would come to find out that there was more to the nightmares than she could ever believe. After a strange housefire claims the lives of her parents, Morwen is startled to find out that the Vigilants of Stendarr are taking a personal interest in the investigation. Desperate for answers to both her nightmares and her parents' death, she joined the Vigilants of Stendarr much to the detest of her companion, Gore. But the answers are rarely clear and only serve to cloud the story more. Morwen and Gore follow the search for Daedra worshippers and the questionable practices of the Vigilants of Stendarr- straight to Oblivion itself. BOOK 1 OF THE SHARDBEARERS SERIES | She thought she was human. They knew she was anything but. Now the truth might destroy them all. Elliora has always known how to survive-growing up with a drunk for a father, guarding a heart cracked by betrayal, and burying the aching need to be wanted. But survival means nothing when the Veil rips open and demons come hunting for her blood. Rescued-and then imprisoned-by four dangerously beautiful strangers, Elliora finds herself trapped in a house that shifts like a living thing, with magic she doesn't understand surging in her veins. The men who saved her aren't human. They're fallen angels. And they're convinced she's something rare. Something powerful. Something worth dying for. But Elliora doesn't trust easily. Especially not the cold, commanding leader with secrets behind his eyes. Or the storm-eyed healer who won't let himself feel. Or the wildfire-tempered protector with too much rage. Or the charming flirt who touches her like she's made of light. As Elliora struggles to control a magic that answers to no one-and to resist the pull of the four broken souls around her-an ancient enemy begins to haunt her dreams. He knows what she is. And he'll stop at nothing to claim her. Even if it means tearing the world apart to do it. Darkly romantic, emotionally charged, and wickedly addictive, House of the Fallen is a slow-burn fantasy romance where one girl must choose between the past that broke her and the future that could save-or end-everything.
