𝓐quarius irma black knew that all too well. she was everything her parents wanted her to be: poised, intelligent, and fiercely loyal to the family name. she fought to protect her brothers, from the crushing weight of their family, even if it meant sacrificing pieces of herself. her life was carefully controlled, her emotions tucked neatly behind a cool, collected exterior.

then came james fleamont potter, with his reckless charm and gryffindor ideals, turning her carefully guarded world upside down. he wasn't supposed to make her laugh. he wasn't supposed to see past the mask. and he certainly wasn't supposed to make her feel like she could be something other than a black.

as tensions rise between the houses, within her family, and inside her own heart, aquarius finds herself pulled in every direction-toward her brothers, her friends, and the one boy who seems determined to unravel her.
