Oakley was feeling particularly pissed off after being fired from his position as a teacher, "You're just not needed here anymore", was the word that stuck with him the most.

So, now finding himself with more free time than he could ever want, he decides to get back into his video gaming habits and check out a game a coworker of his mentioned.

"You total noob, this game isn't really for casual players like you, maybe you should quit lol." Normally he'd back down from conflicts, but seeing as being quiet never seemed to solve his problems, he decided to give this guy a piece of his mind.

This book is mostly a spontaneous passion project type thing, I am a person who loves competitive online games and also video games in general. Plus recently I have been; reading webcomics that are video game related, playing an mmorpg of sorts, and trying to get into game dev so I hope that I can share my passion with this fun little story.

Also most of the characters are conveniently from the same city but we don't talk about that 😧
