For as long as Mina could remember, the world had been shaped by the iron paw of the werewolves. Their dominance had been established long before her birth, and over the years, they had rewritten the laws and culture to suit their existence and everybody elses. The official narrative was one of peaceful coexistence and mutual benefit, but Mina's intuition whispered a different truth.

She had always felt a primal fear of the werewolves, with their piercing eyes and razor-sharp claws. The idea of being with one of them, although not unheard of, seemed like a distant and unsettlingher fragile little world.
