The Ghoul of Kuoh

Issei Hyoudou isn't human and never was. he's a ghoul and a strong one at that have at one point ruled over the 15th through 19th wards of Tokyo. That was a long time ago though back when he was known by a different name and hunted doves and ghouls alike for fun, before he met the ghouls of Anteiku and before Kaneki united the ghouls of tokyo. nowadays he lives a relatively peaceful life in the town of kuoh as a coffee shop owner although that won't last long
