Jack Truman lives in the small town of Radcliff, Kentucky where the only major gossip comes from what the government does in Fort Knox near by. With his final year of high school ahead of him, he's only got college and the future on his mind. Things change when he's assigned to tutor the preacher's son, Barry Tinsmith. The two experience an attraction to each other which forces themselves to keep it hidden from the rest of the town. Will they be able to get a chance to be together forever? Or will pre-made plans come between their desire for each other?

Now Billy has once again to use his Infamous tactics to get himself in trouble with the new school, and if he causes just the right amount of havoc, then his father would be convinced that giving him up to the quiet hometown might've been the worst of his ideas. Nonetheless, Billy is accepted into a town that conflicts his tough guy persona, altogether with the motive he is yet to outplay. So with the beauty of the grass, all the way to a delicate encounter of a potential love, could he really suppress his feelings enough to keep the bull within him thriving and raging all the way through to the end of his cunning mission?

Before you read the description of my book, I want to give a few quick disclaimers. The first one is that most of the chapters aren't very long, so the 60 chapters isn't as intimidating to read as it may seem. Second, my story does include the following things that some people may be uncomfortable reading. Cursing/Swearing. Violence, Sex Jokes, Homophobia, And child abuse. Specifically, Name calling, a few things thrown at the child, and scenes with violance against teens)I would give examples directly from the book that would make more sense, but I don't want to give any spoilers for future. I also wanted to say that there isn't anything like sex scenes or suicide, but this isn't for kids either. I won't be using the mature rating because it is not directly made for adults, or young kids. Again, it all depends on what you are aloud to read, or what you are comfortable with reading. Now with that out of the way, lets get to the description for the story itself. She never cared. That's what Hayden Hawksley thinks about his mother, and he wasn't wrong. After all of the years he was abandoned for Catherine's hook ups with men and bars he came to the realization that it wasn't to get money for the two of them, or to save up for something.
