TThis is a book for writers. Whether you're just beginning or you've already taken home the Pulitzer, I think we all can agree that in this schtick, there are good days, and there are bad days. On the good ones, we wake up ready to take on the world. On the bad ones, Imposter Syndrome busts through our door (without an invitation) and sets up shop. 
So, what exactly is this book? Well, inside, you'll find life lessons I've learned over decades of writing (I'm in my 60s, so I've picked up some nuggets along the way), helpful exercises and prompts, and space for you to reflect and write, or maybe just bitch if you want to. Totally valid. Think of it as your writer's clubhouse-a place to connect, share stories, tips, and experiences, or just, you know, hang out.
