In the year 116 AC Valaena targaryen was born. The daughter of Viserys Targaryen and Alicent hightower. A beautiful, kind child with the trademark features of a Targaryen.
She loved her sister Rhaenyra dearly and was very close with her. She also took a special liking to her nephews Jace and Luke. Jace especially, she and jace shared a special bond and often talked about how one day they would marry each other. And in 117 AC their betrothal was declared much to the queen's dismay.Though she loved her siblings she always had a tough relationship with her two brothers Aegon and Aemond. In 126 AC Valaena was in dragonstone visiting with her sister when a walk around the land turned into Valaena claiming the monstrous and wild beast cannibal. In 129 AC king Viserys of house Targaryen died. This left his family in an uncertain place. And plunged them into a war. Valaena, torn between her family, has to make a choice. Valaena makes a choice to stand by her sister. She decides to go undercover and pretend to side with her brother. She secretly visits Dragonstone when needed and tells Rhaenyra of Team Green's plans. After her brother's coronation it was announced her betrothal to Jacaerys Velaryon was broken off and she would instead be married to her brother Aemond in the next coming weeks. Vaelana must navigate this tricky world and do everything in her power to see her sister on that throne. She lies and manipulates, she bares through a horrendous marriage all for duty and love, so that one day she may be reunited with her love Jacaerys.
