Nate Anderson is a 15 year old boy who was orphaned at the age of 7 he has lived a relatively normal life that changes however when one night he stumbles across a bloody and beaten man who tells Nate that he needs to stop the demon Lucius. Now, with his life turned upside down, Nate and his friends have only a year to get stronger and beat Lucius. but he soon realises that the world is much bigger than he could ever believe as he begins to uncover the true mystery of his worlds origins.
