It has been some time after Sam became the new Captain America. Now Bucky is Sams little helper. From time to time, Sam invites Bucky to his missions, but this one time, Bucky excluded Sam out of his own mission.
When Sam introduces Bucky to a mysterious case, he's immediately intrigued. A wild girl, is a cold blooded killer of HYDRA members, no one knows her name, her powers or her up bringing, they just know she's an absolute killing machine.
She is Buckys new mission, and when he meets her, she is nothing he though she'll be.
