This will be a Sonic Unleashed Au where Shadow is a vampire, and Sonic turns into his werehog form when the moon comes out.
Sonic, using the power of all the Chaos Emeralds, turns into Super Sonic to defeat Eggman from bringing global destruction to the Earth only for the sake of ruling over humanity yet again but had gotten trapped in a mechanism by Eggman that extracted the Chaos Emeralds from him and transforming him into a gnarly beast. After the transformation and a newly destroyed Earth, Eggman throws Sonic out into space, where he rapidly falls down to Earth, where he finds a new friend and an adventure awaiting him.
Basically, it's the same as Sonic Unleashed, just with some differences and changes within the plot

It was a normal day for our speedy blue hedgehog and his pals. Eating a chili dog, running around green hill and destroying Eggman's plans like usual. Everything was okay until suddenly, Silver came back from the future and warned everyone that something worst was coming, not just the Chaos Emerald, but the Sol Emeralds and the Master Emerald. Worse than Black Doom or anyone they fought before. Mephiles The Dark has return with new powers and sinister allies that could destroy what Sonic, and everyone been fighting for. Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).

Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet?
