Cherry (yes, like the fruit) Sloane was fully aware that following a literal monster in a half-baked attempt to help its victim was a terrible idea. But, well-too late now.

Liam Dunbar, on the other hand, was having an equally weird time processing the fact that some random guy bit him, called him brother, and then just... kept stalking him. Which, in hindsight, should've been a bigger red flag.

And now, as luck (or deep, supernatural misfortune) would have it, both of them had landed themselves on a deadpool. You know, one of those fun little hit lists where people got paid to kill you.

Cherry wasn't sure whether to laugh, cry, or just go ahead and die to clear some debts.
