Lay Me Down

AU in which Dan is a sixteen year old boy rendered comatose after a car accident. After his family loses hope and stops visiting regularly, along comes eighteen year old high school senior Phil, needing volunteer hours for a senior project. When he’s asked to visit Dan and keep him company, he doesn’t know how much it will end up meaning to him.
