The Tokats decided to took Jay with them to the Tokats fort because they wanted to let Jay help them. Jay didn't want that so he ran back to the human fort. Not long after that the Tokats came to the human fort and taked the crystal but they also kidnapped Jay because they knew then that Jay the Chosen one was.
