Title: Ascension of the Forsaken In a world ruled by merciless gods, twenty-year-old Jayy grows up in a village governed by the Cult of Light, a harsh order devoted to the God of Light, who demands obedience in exchange for protection. Though he questions the strict rules, Jayy's life is peaceful-until the night the God of Chaos attacks, slaughtering his family and reducing his home to ashes. Barely surviving, Jayy is consumed by grief and vengeance. He learns that Chaos seeks to destroy the God of Light, waging war alongside his brutal allies: the God of Fire, the God of Darkness, and the God of Ice. With the world caught between tyrannical order and destructive chaos, Jayy swears to fight the gods who play with mortal lives. On his journey, Jayy is joined by Juan, a young knight and former member of the Cult of Light who abandoned his faith after witnessing its cruelty. Driven by guilt and a desire for redemption, Juan teaches Jayy how to fight and survive in a world torn apart by divine war. They are also joined by Aphrodite, a lesser goddess of love who opposes the chaos and destruction caused by her fellow gods. Cast out for defying them, she aids Jayy with her knowledge of divine power, hoping to restore balance and protect mortals from the gods' wrath. Together, they face monstrous creatures, treacherous gods, and the dark forces that threaten to consume Jayy's heart. As his power grows, Jayy is forced to confront his own anger and the temptation to become as ruthless as the gods he seeks to destroy. To avenge his family, Jayy must face the God of Chaos and his allies, risking everything to defy the divine order. But vengeance alone won't end their tyranny-he must decide whether to break the cycle of violence or be consumed by it. Ascension of the Forsaken is a story of vengeance, redemption, and the struggle against divine oppression, exploring whether one mortal can challenge the gods and change the fate of a world.
