Three years after juliette ferrars and Aaron Warner defeat the re-establishment, everyone from point and the sanctuary combined are helping get the world back together. 

The re-establishment might not be as strong as it was, but it definitely lingers. A thought in someone's head, a fleeting moment of hesitation in times of unwavering faith in their new government. There is always resistance against resistance.

One organization, albeit small, is determined to carry out the operation the government can't. 
getting rid of re-establishment officials and removing any traces of the destruction that ruled the earth in that time. though, before, the re-establishment used their own methods, now, their people have no choice but to do it the legal way. through courtrooms and bribery, corruption and lies.
