Dual Power

This world had become a superhuman society, with 80% of the world's population having some kind of special trait called quirks. In this world swirling with chaos, the professions that everyone once admired came into limelight. That profession is Heroes. On July 19th, in the city of Houston Texas, a boy with a seemingly bizarre quirk mutation would be born being the first case of a "Dual Quirk User". 15 years later, we would meet this boy as he stared down the gates of U.A
