Primo Rey Alviar doesn't care about other people's opinions as long as they don't interfere with him. He loves getting into trouble without getting scolded by his parents because he is an only child.

After Primo and Rayven's interaction at the parking lot on their first day of school, Primo ended up eyeing Rayven and started bullying her. His goal was to get rid of Rayven and her friends at the Evergreen International School. He thought it would be easy, but he was wrong.
