Kassidy Mangrove was the daughter of an alpha. And a member of one of the very few lycan packs left. Starting at the younger age of 10 her father taught her what it meant to lead a pack, a family. She was taught everything she needed to know.
But just days before she turned 18 an attack takes place killing both of her parents. The Alpha and Luna. She knew one day she'd have to take over, but never at such a young age, nor under the circumstances.
Now at 25 she leads with fierce. Outside of her pack she's known as cold, calculating, heartless and a man. After receiving a message from a friend, another alpha from a neighboring pack. An alpha visits with the intention to form an alliance. But said alpha and lycan also happens to be her fated mate.
With a war on the horizon and giving her matehood a chance. There's a traitor among them willing to do whatever it takes to bring down the two strongest packs. Can she protect her mate and pack before it escalates and history repeats itself or is it to late?

I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it. I opened my eyes quickly to see what it is, but I couldn't believe my eyes, I just couldn't. even in this state, me crying mess, in pain, this was just like a dream. H-how is that possible? How can there be a Lycan right in front of me? They exist only in fantasy.
