*Just to note, I don't own any of these characters, I did have this cover commissioned but I don't own these characters, No/One is Kyle Higgins' creation and the rest are George Lucas' creations I altered the quote from the trailer that's in the bio a little to fit in with a star wars world, but I recommend watching it. It is so good*

JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS: this book was not made to glorify self harm and suicide. i wrote this book my sophomore year of high school and based it off of what was happening in my life at the time. self harm is not "quirky" or "fun" and it is a serious issue and can lead to death. the glorification of it on this app and others such as tiktok and tumblr make it so that people who are actually struggling are seen as "attention seekers." non suicidal self injury (NSSI) is a real problem. this book was written from own experiences and not from a person who has no idea what the hell they're talking about. if you are having suicidal thoughts or struggling with self harm, please don't hesitate to reach out to the suicide prevention hotline. even if you don't feel like you can talk on the phone, please text them. they are there to help and i don't want anyone else to go on the same path i was on. --- i'm fin e is the biggest lie i tell myself i'm fine is the biggest lie i tell everyone else because i'm not fine and nobody can see it ---- She woke up wishing she didn't. She's given up because surely others have, too. She was the mistake they took in. ---- Ahsoka Tano has only known one things since becoming Anakin Skywalker's Padawan: failure. Her master claims he would never trade her for anything, but she can only think of his pity and her own self-let down. Now struggling with her own mental struggles, Ahsoka wonders if anybody is still here for her; if anybody has noticed she's started to drown slowly and painfully from her own self-hatred. The Rise of the Empire
(Next book after Without Them, so I recommend you read that one first) The Empire is getting stronger. Darth Vader and the Emperor like using me as a training tool. But the power they are practicing is beyond that of any Jedi. It's not natural. I was told to protect Leia, one of the only hopes left in the galaxy. How can I do that if I'm dead? DISCLAIMER: I don't own the star wars franchise. No copyright violations intended. So I was writing Without Them and realized that it was getting quite long, so I plan to continue it here. The original storyline I had planned is now going to become a trilogy. Plus, it would be mean to leave the last book as the only one with that ending :) To understand this book, I highly recommend that you read the first book! If you liked the first book, this will be pretty much the same in terms of writing style. **UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Please keep in mind that I wrote this a long time ago. That said, there are things that don't make 100% sense because middle school me thought it sounded good. Middle school me has since seen the light, but older me hasn't had time to go back and fix everything. I'm in the process of cleaning it up, but it isn't perfect. Don't leave nasty comments please.
