Fragmented Legacy

This story takes place in a future, our future, where mysterious "Rifts" began to appear. This all began about half a century ago. Each rift connects to a different dimension filled with monsters, treasures, and remnants of ancient civilizations. When these rifts first emerged, they caused chaos, but over time, humanity adapted as people began to awaken and unlock strange powers which were believed to be connected to these rifts.

Ayame Kamizuki is one of the weakest Breakers. She falls within the F Rank, just one rank above the lowest. She is assumingly the weakest of her rank. She is just barely strong enough to hold her own in expeditions to these other dimensions, often getting hurt.
