Amelia Watson has always been haunted by the void in her memory. She cannot recall her parents, her childhood, or even a lover. Yet, despite the amnesia, she harbors an extraordinary amount of Astral Energy enough to rival even a powerful mages. However, her magic remains locked away same as her childhood memories, leaving her unable to conjure spells.
One fateful night,on the brink of death, pursued relentlessly, Amelia stumbles upon a forgotten magic circle buried in her basement. In a desperate moment, she inadvertently activates it, summoning a Geist, a Spirit from the past and forging an unbreakable contract.
Time itself becomes her battlefield. The future of humanity hangs in the balance.

17. That's how old I am today. It's about time too. I was getting sick of being 16. I hear a low rumble being emitted from my chest. I run towards the woods before the change takes over my body. As soon as I get to the woods near the lake I have come to know and love, ducks are floating in the middle looking for something to eat. I quickly strip down to only my sports braw and shorts, when and excrutiating paing takes over my body and I fall to the ground. My legs were the first to change. The bones snap and change shape for the first time. I scream out in pain as hair starts to grown eerywhere. The rest of my body is snapping and changing shape. My arms were the next to change... I seriously felt like dying. The pain of every first change is unbearable. Thankfully it all soon stops and I am standing on all fours. I walk towards the lake noticing that the ducks that used to be there were long gone. I must have scared them. The Marquess of Winchester
Amelia's been on the streets since she can remember. She was abandoned by her mother on the doorstep of an orphanage run by nuns and was later thrown out of there too due to her unruly and 'unladylike' behaviour. She's been surviving on the streets for many years, stealing for food, rummaging in bins for clothes, scraps of metal or wood, which she uses as makeshift appliances, decorations and weapons. She's had a tough life, but it's made her into the strong, independent and fiery woman she is today. Ezra Beaumont, marquess of Winchester and future Duke, although thanks to his arrogance and narcissistic tendencies, he was sent to work down in the village with the local breadmaker in an attempt to humble him and make him a better person and better ruler by his parents the current Duke and Duchess of Winchester. Amelia's been trying to find her mother for as long as she can remember but all she has is a name. What neither Amelia nor Ezra knew, was that that name would connect them in a way neither would've ever imagined. She finds someone so broken under that cold exterior that she can't help but want to help him. They get thrown into a world of witches, wizards and magic and evil. They set off on a journey to become some of the most powerful witch and wizard to ever live, in order to defeat a great evil. Along the way, they recruit five other individuals each experienced in a different area of magic. Who will love and who will hate?
