Masking itself as a burlesque, Sinners is a hidden operation ran by the Hero Public Safety Commission to capture and contain both Japans and the United States most violent and gruesome villains that run hidden drug running and trafficking schemes that are hidden behind secret agencies that only the most trusted are allowed to participate in.
One rainy stormy night on your way to work you get a text from your boss saying that the entire building has been rented out for the night by a man who only gave the initials T.Y. Your job tonight is to try and get as close as possible to the target without alerting or causing to much arise to the operation. Oh, and your quirk? By merely kissing someone for longer than 15 seconds you can temporarily "haunt" and inhabit their body against their will
