In which the young DI Emily Greene, leaves her home country to move to New York City, after almost dying in the line of duty. Realizing, after almost dying, that the open wound from over a decade ago hasn't healed yet, she goes to seek out the only one who can help her. What luck that Interpol and the NYPD just started a liaison program.

Where Jamie Reagan, the youngest child of the Reagan family, meets the girl that broke his heart beyond repair at a random street vendor in his hometown after ten years. He realizes that the chapter of his life didn't just go away as he thought, but just drifted to the back of his mind. He tries to ignore her, but her persistent nature and care towards him, makes him realize that he's not over the girl like he initially thought.
