At some point of her life, Gyueun Hye-jin didn't have anything. Actually, she did, but lost all of her money on horse races; then, she got into trouble, with a dangerous creditor on her heels. When everything seemed lost, though, she managed to find a job, even if underpaid, and gradually repaid her debts. Then, she managed to join the police and worked hard, paving the way for a great career. At work, her best friend is Hwang Jun-ho, an attentive and calm detective. They often help each other investigating cases and, in the end, they make a nice duo. One day, Jun-ho has an unexpected request for her: he wants her to join him in the research of an island which, he claims, would host deadly games. Unexpectedly, the woman manages to infiltrate on the island, finding herself caught in a brutal game of survival, full of danger an violence... and in an unexpected connection with a handsome contestant, player 388. Will Hye-jin be able to survive until Jun-ho's arrival? And is there truly any space for such feelings in a place built on cruelty?
Premise: I'm not a native English speaker, and this is my very first time writing something this long in English. Please be patient with me, and if you want to give me some advice, I would really appreciate it! I wanted to write this story because Kang Dae-ho is an absolute cutie, but I didn't want to write just some fanfic where two characters fall in love in ten lines. My goal is to make this story more than just a love story, but something that explores little themes along the way. More than anything, I hope that this story is engaging and meaningful for you, dear readers. I hope you like it, I'm really putting my heart into it. This story will be cross-posted on both Wattpad and Archive of Our Own- I am the original author on both platforms, under the same username. And, of course, I don't own Squid Game or its characters. Happy reading! ☆
Hello! This is a Shamy fanfiction I wrote, and to be frank, it's not really that good. Nevertheless, please enjoy!
What happens after Sheldon reluctantly agrees to take a short camping vacation with his wife and friends? The events that follow a delightful day could change the life of everyone - and leave an internal and lasting dent of those who are concerned.

It's not the best compared to my current skills, so I'm currently rewriting.
