Date: 6/10/2030 Reporting Officer: Dipper Pines Read the file dropped on SSA Pine's deck his first morning in back in Gravity Falls. After being called from California to take over this up and coming headache that's been plaguing Gravity Falls PD. However, new people in the city are very exciting to all, including the man known only to the PD as "Yellow". Bill Cipher takes special interest in this new shiny toy in his city. When his sister mentions her girlfriends brother just moved into town he gleefully takes the opportunity to meet him in person. After all Bill has will always take what he wants. Dipper had always been told to trust no one. To know that trouble is around every corner of your life, or more accurately, standing right in front of you.
