This story is based on hanahaki disease. And for those who don't exactly know what that is?? It's basically a fictional disease (usually in stories or anime's) where if you fall in love with someone else and that person doesn't exactly love you back and fell in love with another, you would start coughing up flowers or like flowers would grow in your lungs or smth. But if that person ends up returning their feelings that you originally had for them, then the flowers would disappear and yea (^▽^)👍
