Fearful (KNY!xF!READER)

Everyone in town knew of the Kamado and Shirono family, specifically for their eldest children. Both families lived up the mountain, and were very close friends with the other, both kids and parents.

Tanjiro, the eldest son of Kie and Tanjuro, was a kind, hard-working and very friendly boy with a heart made of gold. He has a very keen sense of smell, and sold coal in town often to support his family, after his father pass, often helping others with a smile.

(Y/N) (L/N) was the adopted daughter of Hana and Tokoyasu Shirono, she was also very well known through the town, due to her being so energetic and friendly, however despite her cheerful personality, she was actually easily scared, not by things you would expect, like bugs or scary animals, but people, due to a bad past.

She was only scared of intimidating people or strangers, people she can't trust, but since she didn't leave the town since she and her adopted parents and siblings moved there, so her fear wasnt shown because all the villagers were trust-worthy in (Y/N) opinion, and didn't have a "bad feeling" about them

(Y/N) was best friends Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado's. Until one day, tragedy struck when (Y/N) found her family dead, and her two best friend's family shared the same fate, expect one of them has been turned into a demon.
Now she sets out on a trip for revenge on the demon who ruined her life, and fights her own demons through this journey, while helping Tanjiro return his sister back into a demon. Unknowingly, with her unique personality she captures the hearts of many people, demons and slayers, along the way.
