Pray To The God That Kills You

The day where the planets aligned, where the stars begun their reign, marked the birth of a new god, a god that erupted the sinful beings that march this very earth today into fruition- Buhawi, the god that oversees all, the beginning and the end. No matter how much younger he is from his peers, his domineering presence tells tales older than time.

As the god who created humans, Buhawi was deemed the strongest and ever highest, feasts being created in his name every day of the week.

It was no shock, that with this influx of preachers, there would be the damned. The dirt beneath their fingernails, their charcoal tainted faces, their tiresome eyes staring up at the heavens cursing the gods above- no world was safe from the desolate indignation of wrath.

Yet even with the injustice suffered, some make it habit to believe that, in the end, happiness and fortune will be attained. All us crooked beings only have hope to be shared--

"Hiraya! Come down here, it's time to eat. Nanay prepared your favorite."

Hiraya had quickly stopped writing, closing her makeshift journal of old faded out tabloids bonded with cow hide and string.
