Living a life that is not mine

Theu, a young Brazilian who, after winning a scholarship to study in the United States, finds himself immersed in an environment of wealth and ostentation, where social pressure and bullying seem inevitable. While trying to adapt to the new reality, he bumps into Luke, a rich and popular boy who, initially, tries to be his friend and invite him to be part of his circle. However, the relationship takes a hostile turn when Luke, driven by prejudice, starts to mock Theu and makes his day-to-day life even more difficult. As the conflicts increase, Theu finds himself questioning the true meaning of friendship and the price of trying to fit into a world that seems not to be his own. Will he find who his true friends are amidst so much pain and uncertainty?
