In this Kimiko Shizumi took her mother's surname (Kana Shizumi), Touya was her child too but since he was the eldest Enji couldn't ruin his reputation and said he was Rei's then took touya to live with them only being able to see his true mother whenever she had to come for his or Enji's needs.
