Piper hummed, but didn't say anything, so Leo figured he was allowed to start working again. That illusion was quickly broken when she giggled quietly. "So, how does it feel to be Jason Grace's manic pixie dream girl?"
Leo's pencil snapped between his fingers and he slowly turned around to stare at her. "Run that by me one more time, compadre?"
"You're Jason's manic pixie dream girl," Piper insisted, popping another one of Leo's M&Ms in her mouth. Her eye contact never even faltered. "You said it yourself. He's changed a lot. He's way less uptight, and he's happier now. You did that."
Leo continued to stare. "You are categorically insane."
