This is a fanfic where Izuku did not meet All Might, but Katsuki Bakugou does not bully him. Katsuki helps Izuku train when he can. Izuku, born quirkless, still wants to help people, but because of personal experience with some minor pros and observations he has made, does not want to go to any Hero Schools. He decides he has had enough of the pros not doing their job properly and becomes a vigilante.

HIATUS What if Izuku Midoryia never met All Might, Never gained One For All, Never made it into UA, Lost hope to become a hero, even worse (in his opinion) lost all contact with his childhood tormentor/Crush 'Katsuki Bakugou'? What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up.
