But in Chapter 23, a name begins to haunt her: Coop Burtonburger, a boy she's never met. Through her great-aunt's frantic phone calls, her father's worried silences, and her own vivid dreams, Coop becomes a presence in Fiona's life long before they ever meet.
Coop does not appear directly until late in the story, but his presence shapes Fiona's journey.
This idea isn't canon, but there may be some truth in it since both Fiona and Dwight are related to Old Lady Munson.
