Throughout loss and hopelessness of growing up in care, no one thought they'd ever gain a family. Anyone who was too old left on their own and the youngest stayed without knowing what was around the corner. No exceptions.
Following June, an unnamed baby found on the street who jumped from care home to care home, had no care in the world for being fostered or adopted. Named after her birth month, June pretended to care only for herself, pushing everyone away, except one person who she could never escape from.
