The twenty-six year old Yeon-a just graduated from college, torn between taking a job in the field of her major to start her own adult life and staying at home in Seoul to help take care of her family. Especially now that her uncle is seriously ill and the medical bills keep piling up, she wants to make a difference and support her family. The only way for her to do that, seems to be to take on the offer she received from this man at the metro station, to make good money by playing games.
Yeon-a quickly discovers she's not the only one desperately in need of money, as she meets other players who would go to extreme lengths to get it, not caring about hurting someone else in the process. Or do they? What will happen when she meets someone she has met before, at a time where they were both more in peace? Will they be able to reconnect again, or will all be lost?
Note: this is a "Squid Game" fanfiction revolving around Thanos, player 230. Some scenes will be like in the Netflix series, while others will be changed or made up completely. Some characters' personalities have been changed so it would fit my story.
