In the spring of May 1998, Y/N, William Birkin's former assistant, was transferred from NEST in Raccoon City, to Sheena Island; their tyrant factory, to continue Birkin's research and experiments on Tyrants, on the order of Vincent Goldman, and Col. Vladimir as their supervisor. Y/N worked on the mass production of T-103 types and one of the team members that helped develop the Nemesis Type tyrant.

However that June, Y/N promoted to Tyrant Caretaker, despite already have been overseeing six of the eighty T-103 Tyrants; T-023, T-042, T-031, T-056, T-069, and T-078 (T-00's "twin")

Despite already being a tad more intelligent than the others, T-00 gains a sense of self despite all odds after months of aggression and numbness. And now he has another caretaker. Great
