The premise is Anthony is 16 years old and traumatized from Cobra Kai and yk... other things, mentioned in Screw Up. Daniel, attempting to be a good parent, sends him to a send-away camp for troubled teens under the assumption it will help him. But, well, these camps aren't good places, and you'll read the rest eventually.
