IISM's Volunteer Training Program Concludes Successfully for National Games!

As the 38th National Games Uttarakhand 2025 commences today, the experiential learning program for volunteering training has also drawn a successful circle.

The initiative of volunteering training for the National Games Uttarakhand, in collaboration with IISM, was designed to ensure effective volunteerism in the grand event.

The training program consisted of both online and offline sessions 💻. While the online offered invaluable insights to 30k general volunteers about the roles & responsibilities 🧑‍🏫, the offline training program provided a preview of real-time responsibilities during the event to selected 3000 game volunteers & several sports-specific volunteers 🏅.

A team of sports professionals (trainers) from IISM visited around 11 places (Dehradun, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Bhimtal, Tehri, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Pithoragarh, Almora, Khatima, Tanakpur) across the Uttarakhand State to execute the entire training program smoothly.

With this comprehensive training, the volunteers are all set to create an excellent experience for athletes, officials, and spectators, representing their states in the event.
