When the pressure to be royal becomes too much for Mal, she and Y/n return to their rotten roots on the Isle of the Lost. There, they find that their archenemy Uma, daughter of Ursula, and Vitani, Y/n's stepsister, had taken their spot as self-proclaimed queen of the run-down town. Uma and Vitani, still resentful over not being selected to go to Auradon with the other Villain Kids, direct Uma's pirate gang, including Captain Hook's son Harry, Gaston's son Gil, and Vitani's brother Nuka, to break the barrier between the Isle of the Lost and Auradon... unleashing all the villains imprisoned on the Isle, once and for all.
