Princess Aelwyd Velaryon was born from Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, heir to the Iron Throne, and Ser Laenor Velaryon, under starlight and calm night, gifting her with ethereal allure and cordiality. The men would bask in her benevolence and women would cringe in prejudice at the mention of the bewitching and loving princess. The princess had indeed grown into her handsome features over a decade, leaving the realm to wonder who would viciously brawl and murder for the Princess Aelwyd's hand. It was intact to say the nobles and peasants distaste and disturbance when it was revealed the princess was secretly betrothed to the disfigured Prince Aemond Targaryen.
