When Izuku was a boy he always clung to his mother's side but after a villain attacked and took his mother's life, he wanted the heroes that he believed in to catch the villain responsible and bring him to justice, unfortunately the villain was never caught. Now Izuku arrives at U.A. years later with unparalleled power and now knows that that strength is everything and he'll use his strength to achieve justice. ( If you know who jiren is from dragon ball super then Izuku will basically have his mentally and his strength so Izuku will be super op but by mha standards so way above all might and everyone else but not multiversal strength. )
